Exchange & Returns Policy

At ELIO, we believe in the strength of presence — and that starts with our product quality. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how exchange & returns work:

Returns & Exchanges:

We only accept returns or exchanges while the courier is still present at your doorstep.

Conditions:

• You must check the item immediately upon delivery

• If there’s a size issue or you're unsatisfied, hand it back to the courier directly

• Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

We do not accept any returns or exchanges once the courier has left.
